To open an account and use the dedebet platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria at all times:
DedeBet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension, restriction of withdrawals or permanent closure of the account. Any winnings accrued on an account that cannot be verified may be voided.
Registration requires a valid email address and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. DedeBet will never ask you for your password via email or phone.
Each player may hold only one active account on dedebet. If a player is found to hold more than one account — whether under the same name, email, device, payment method or IP address — dedebet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals and forfeit any bonus balances associated with those accounts. Real money balances may be returned at dedebet's discretion following investigation.
You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Keep your username and password confidential. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact dedebet support immediately. DedeBet cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions.
DedeBet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: suspected fraud, bonus abuse, collusion with other players, use of automated betting software (bots), provision of false information, or behaviour that dedebet reasonably considers harmful to the platform or other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or deliberate abuse, balances will be forfeited.
Players may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe and any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's last used verified payment method.
All transactions on dedebet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets.
Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. DedeBet does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted for VIP members in higher tiers.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. DedeBet aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; processing times vary by payment method and account verification status. VIP members at Platinum tier and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing.
DedeBet reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. This may include requests for copies of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership or source of funds documentation. These checks are standard practice and are carried out to protect all players on the platform.
Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5. Attempting to withdraw bonus balances before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus portion being removed from the withdrawal amount.
PKR Payments Note: All deposits and withdrawals on dedebet are in PKR. There is no currency conversion and no hidden exchange rate markup. What you deposit is what you see in your account balance.
DedeBet offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets on cricket and PSL markets, casino free spins and VIP cashback. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. The wagering multiplier, eligible games or markets, minimum odds requirements and expiry timeframe are detailed on each individual promotion page. Players are strongly encouraged to read these terms before claiming any bonus.
DedeBet monitors all bonus activity. Patterns of play that suggest systematic exploitation of bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging, matched betting within the platform, use of multiple accounts or coordination with other players to exploit bonus conditions — constitute bonus abuse. DedeBet reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals and close accounts in such cases.
All bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
DedeBet offers sports betting markets across cricket, football, esports and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.
Pakistan Super League fixtures, T20 international matches, bilateral series and ICC tournaments are all covered on dedebet. Markets include match winner, top batsman, total runs, live in-play markets and more. Match result bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a match being abandoned, shortened or decided by the DLS method, settlement follows the standard cricket betting rules applicable to that event type.
DedeBet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Bets may be voided if placed on an event that has already started (where in-play betting was not intended), if incorrect odds were offered due to a technical error, or if there is evidence of match-fixing or manipulation of an event. Voided bets are refunded to the player's account balance.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are available in the sports betting section of the platform. Bets that would result in winnings exceeding the maximum payout will be capped at the maximum payout amount.
The dedebet casino section includes slots, live dealer games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette), table games and a wider game lobby. All games are provided by third-party software providers. DedeBet does not control the random number generation or game logic of third-party titles — these are governed by the respective provider's certified systems.
Game availability may change from time to time due to provider updates, technical maintenance or other operational reasons. DedeBet does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. No compensation is offered for temporary unavailability of games.
If you experience a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's built-in logic. DedeBet is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side. If a technical fault on dedebet's end causes an incomplete game round, the hand or spin will be settled according to the state of play at the point of disconnection where technically possible, or voided if no resolution can be determined.
In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects a game outcome, dedebet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed malfunction will not be paid out.
DedeBet operates a six-tier VIP programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative wagering activity on the platform. Benefits at each tier include cashback percentages, reload bonus credits, enhanced withdrawal limits, priority support and, from Platinum upward, a dedicated account manager.
VIP status and benefits are reviewed periodically. DedeBet reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefit structures or eligibility criteria at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to the VIP programme via their registered email or platform notification.
VIP cashback and bonus credits issued through the programme are subject to standard wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in the specific VIP benefit description. DedeBet reserves the right to remove a player from the VIP programme if their account is found to be in breach of any of these Terms.
